As the CFO at Evasc, Scott Wilson manages financing rounds, investor relationships, accounting, and all financial-related activities of the company. With over 20 years of executive level financial management experience in early stage technology companies, Scott plays a pivotal role in helping Evasc manage the company's progress and growth. Scott has a heritage in financing, mergers, and acquisitions, and growing start-ups into commercially viable, operational companies. Previously, he held executive level finance positions at QuickMobile, LightHaus Logic, RadiSys Canada, Convedia, Starvision Multimedia and PureEdge Solutions. Scott received his B. Commerce, Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa in 1990 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1992 and the British Columbia Institute in 1993.
