Robert Greene was previously the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at MicroVention Inc. based in Aliso Viejo, CA. MicroVention develops catheter-based, minimally invasive, neuro-endovascular technologies for cerebral aneurysms, and other neurovascular diseases. From 1998, he held the position of Senior Vice-President of Research and Development and moved into the CTO role several years later, playing a key role in Terumo Corporation’s acquisition of Microvention, and later Terumo’s acquisition of Sequent and its primary product, the Woven Endobridge (WEB) device. Prior to working at MicroVention Inc, Rob worked at Vesica Medical, also based in CA. Rob received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from California State University. Rob is retired and enjoying official and unofficial consultant and advisory roles, and his grandchildren.
